Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Screening Review appeal appointments effectively
• Assess and research violations from Penalty Notices
• Make informed decisions on appeals and Time Extensions
• Collaborate with enforcement supervisors on compliance issues
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Paralegal studies or equivalent
• 2 years experience in related adjudication fields
• Licensed member of the Law Society of Ontario is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and judgment skills
• Proficient in handling sensitive information with confidentiality
