About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Delivery Coordinator to support the planning and execution of projects across our delivery teams. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to keep things moving, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across project teams to ensure timely delivery
• Track project milestones, tasks, and deadlines and flag risks early
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and status reports
• Schedule and facilitate team meetings, and distribute meeting notes and action items
• Act as a point of contact between teams and stakeholders for delivery updates
• Manage and update project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Assist with resource planning and workload tracking
• Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation
• Follow up on open actions and ensure accountability across team members

Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
