About the Role
The Delivery & Solutions Lead is a permanent, remote position reporting to the Director. AMR is in active growth and this hire is central to sustaining that trajectory. Scope will expand with the business.
The role has two halves. The first is delivery coordination: making sure concurrent engagements run to AMR's standards, with subcontractors and partners managed cleanly. The second is bid and proposal management under the Director's direction, from pipeline opportunity through to submission. Both connect through the commercial cadence of the business: quotes, scope confirmations, partner correspondence, and the records that keep it all auditable.
Some weeks you will be deep in coordinating resources to support a national security uplift. Other weeks, onboarding a new subcontractor or reshaping a process that has outgrown its current form. The autonomy is real and the standard is high.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Demonstrated experience coordinating advisory or professional services delivery across concurrent engagements, including subcontractor and resource management.
- Experience contributing to bids, proposals, or tender responses in a technology, advisory, or professional services context.
- Clear, precise written communication with the ability to produce commercially credible documents under time pressure.
- Sound commercial judgement and a professional presence appropriate to client and partner-facing contexts.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities in a lean, fast-moving environment with limited direction.
- Proficiency across Microsoft 365, project coordination tools, and document management systems.
Highly regarded:
- Exposure to cybersecurity, GRC, audit, or ISO certification services in a delivery or coordination capacity.
- Familiarity with channel and reseller delivery models, including back-to-back engagement structures.
- Experience with Australian government procurement, including tender preparation and SOW development.
- Relevant qualifications in service delivery management, business administration, or a related field.
