Profile Requirements

- At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in HR, candidates with HR experience in manufacturing environment will be preferred. Also 5 years' experience as HR IR Manager
- Required Skill(s): Strong analytical & problem-solving skills; great verbal & written communication skills (English & Indonesia); negotiation skill; meticulous attention to detail; strong interpersonal skill, proficient in MS Office
- Understand labor law
Job Requirements
Job Purpose
Driving the HR strategy for PT Indo Liberty Textiles and ensuring the effective execution of HR practices. This includes performance management, recruitment of staff & workmen, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance, with the goal of aligning HR initiatives to business objectives and fostering a positive, productive work environment. To build organizational culture, ensure high level of motivation by formulating HR systems, lead the process of business specific capability to meet present and future capability needs of the business for gaining competitive advantage in line with Group Philosophy & Guidelines in PT Indo Liberty Textiles and All Functions/ Departments to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives.
Job Accountabilities
- Employee Orientation: Guidance of right and obligation of employee; Orientation for new employee; Employment agreement
- Compensation: To prepare for salary payment includes THR; To prepare for annual leave; To prepare for over time payment; To Prepare Final Payment Settlement
- Welfare activities of the employee: To arrange for employee picnic once in a year; To carry our welfare activities of holidays; Canteen facility; To arrange Halal bi Halal Celebration; To arrange Medical Check up
- Maintain good relationship: Relationship with government, school, and community; Maintain relationship with employee and labor union
- Liaison: with manpower dept. government regarding legal permit
- Update regulation: regarding manpower and HR related
- Compliance task: To update data of Sustainability and Enablon through online system
- Performance Appraisal: To conduct annual performance appraisal
- Negotiation with Labor Union: Negotiating with Labor Union regarding increase of minimum wage; Update and renewal for Collective Labor Agreement and other related regulation
- Supervising personnel & time office activities: Controlling absenteeism for workers; Controlling overtime; Motivating team to reduce absenteeism through meeting and training; Giving warning to workers who still absent and violation
