We are seeking a highly competent, results-driven Deputy Manager IT to lead the IT operations of our Institute.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 7 to 8 years of progressive IT experience, with a minimum 3 years in a managerial or team leader capacity.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure in an educational or large corporate environment.
· Hands-on experience with network administration (LAN/WAN/VPN), server management (Windows/Linux), and cloud platforms. Manage & monitor LAN & WAN
· Keep the server room – servers, storage system, backup operations and firewalls running smoothly & efficiently.
· Keep the LMS & ERP systems up & in functional condition.
· Supervise IT Help-desk to swiftly resolve open hardware/software tickets.
· Be able to upgrade any of the server room equipment to facilitate the services/students in their work.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, from an HEC-recognized institution. Master's degree in IT will be appreciated.
