·         Strategic Planning & Market Research

·         Identify potential development opportunities in residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.

·         Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and competitive market analysis.

·         Develop long-term investment strategies aligned with company goals and market demand.

. Site Selection & Land Acquisition

·        Evaluate potential land or property acquisitions for development.

·         Negotiate land purchase agreements and work with legal teams to ensure compliance.

·         Secure zoning approvals, permits, and government incentives where applicable.

. Project Development & Execution

·         Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept design to construction completion.

·         Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize design and construction.

·         Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

. Financial Oversight & Investment Analysis

·         Prepare and analyze financial models, proformas, and ROI calculations.

·         Manage project budgets, financing strategies, and funding sources (e.g., investors, bank loans, joint ventures).

·         Monitor financial performance and make adjustments to maximize profitability.

. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

·        Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.

·         Manage legal processes, contracts, and permits required for development.

·         Mitigate risks related to construction, financial exposure, and regulatory hurdles.

·        . Stakeholder & Team Coordination

·         Manage relationships with government agencies, investors, real estate brokers, and legal teams

·         Lead internal teams across departments, including sales, marketing, and operations.

·         Negotiate agreements with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

. Marketing & Leasing Strategy

·        Work with sales and leasing teams to develop pre-sales, leasing, and marketing strategies.

·         Align development projects with market demand and buyer/investor expectations.

·         Optimize project branding and positioning for maximum revenue generation.

Job Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

·         10+ years of experience in real estate development.

·         Experience in residential, commercial or real estate development.

·         Strong background in project finance, investment analysis, and risk assessment.

·         Expertise in real estate financial modeling, budgeting, and proforma analysis.

·         Strong knowledge of zoning laws, land-use regulations, and entitlement processes.

·         Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

·         Strong leadership and team management abilities.

·         Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Residential Development: Knowledge of housing markets, multi-family development, and buyer preferences.

·         Commercial Development: Experience in office spaces, retail centers, and tenant leasing strategies.

·         Mixed-Use Development: Ability to integrate residential, retail, and office spaces into a cohesive project.
