This is a high-impact role for a creative storyteller ready to shape the digital presence of a mission-driven organization. You will leverage tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and sophisticated CMS platforms to drive engagement across a national network of educators, policymakers, and young creatives.
The Role
- Lead the end-to-end digital strategy by developing a dynamic content calendar across social media, e-newsletters (Mailchimp/Dotdigital), and the official blog.
- Produce high-quality visual and written assets, including video content and interviews, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign) to maintain a premium brand aesthetic.
- Manage website updates and technical community management, ensuring all digital touchpoints are optimized for UX and accessibility (WCAG).
- Track, analyze, and report on multi-channel performance using Google Analytics and social listening tools to refine the organization’s digital outreach strategy.
- Coordinate photography and film freelancers for major national events, acting as a brand guardian and content lead for high-profile creative showcases.
What You'll Need
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Communications within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience managing website CMS and enterprise-level email marketing tools.
- Sharp copywriting skills with the ability to translate impact data into compelling storytelling for diverse audiences, including stakeholders and government bodies.
- Strong technical foundation in Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and social media algorithms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- A genuine passion for the creative industries and education sectors, with a degree-level education or equivalent industry experience.
