Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Canadian Defence work stream, reporting to Infrastructure Head
• Determine strategies for defence positioning aligned with national goals
• Enhance client relationships to exceed delivery expectations
• Identify key talent for defence programs
• Analyze market trends for strategic planning
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Canadian defence, consulting, or government sectors
• In-depth understanding of Canadian defence procurement
• Proven delivery of complex defence programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields
• Prior senior military officer experience preferred
