Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with organizational goals and national digital transformation initiatives.Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance across systems, networks, and cloud platforms.Lead the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications, ensuring compatibility with e-government platforms.Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, big data, and IoT to enhance service delivery.Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.Ensure strict adherence to IT governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and data protection standards.Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular reports on IT performance, risks, and strategic progress.Monitor and manage IT budgets to optimize resource allocation while ensuring cost efficiency.Foster cross-departmental collaboration to implement technology solutions that enhance organizational workflows and outcomes.Represent the organization in national and international forums, advocating for strategic IT advancements and fostering partnerships.Develop, implement, and enforce a comprehensive security framework to protect the organization’s networks, systems, and digital infrastructure.Ensure consistent application of security protocols, monitor for threats, and manage vulnerabilities across all environments (on-premises and cloud).
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (mandatory).A master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.Advanced certifications such as ITIL or PMP are highly desirable.Required Experience: A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role, preferably within the government sector or large-scale organizations.Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise-level systems.
