As a key driver of growth, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships that elevate large-scale events and provide unparalleled value to global stakeholders. This role requires a sophisticated communicator who understands the nuances of the Middle Eastern corporate landscape and possesses a proven track record in high-level sponsorship and commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify and engage with Tier-1 corporate partners, government entities, and global brands to secure high-value sponsorships.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring the full delivery of contracted benefits and long-term retention.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach and bespoke proposal creation to contract closing.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape in Saudi Arabia to identify new revenue streams and partnership models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Content teams to integrate partners seamlessly into the event ecosystem.
Who You Are
- Experienced: Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or sponsorship sales, specifically within the large-scale events, summits, or professional services sectors.
- Networked: You possess an existing network of senior decision-makers within the GCC across banking, tech, energy, or government sectors.
- Strategic: You focus on building value-driven ecosystems that align with a partner's brand objectives rather than just selling standard packages.
- Agile: Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with the ability to travel as required.
