Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies across federal and state jurisdictions to support business objectives and manage regulatory risk.
- Advise senior leadership on regulatory developments affecting wholesale power markets, including policy changes, market rule updates, and compliance obligations.
- Represent the organization in stakeholder processes, technical committees, and working groups within major U.S. RTO/ISO markets.
- Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory filings such as comments, interventions, and compliance documentation with federal and regional authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, public policy, government affairs, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in regulatory affairs within the power, utilities, or energy infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. wholesale electricity markets and regulatory frameworks, including RTO/ISO structures and federal oversight.
- Experience engaging with regulatory bodies and market operators, including participation in policy discussions or stakeholder processes.
