In this dynamic position, you will design, standardize, and maintain robust process frameworks that align with strategic goals. Acting as a key connector between Implementations, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support, you will ensure clear documentation, consistent execution, and continuous improvement of critical processes. Your expertise will help deliver a seamless customer experience, promote cross-functional alignment, and incorporate innovative AI-driven tools to enhance workflow efficiencies.
Required Skills:
- 5–8+ years of experience in business processing, operations, or program management
- Proven experience with process frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Strong ability to develop and manage SOPs and large-scale documentation systems
- Expertise in cross-functional global environments
- Familiarity with knowledge management platforms and AI tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly attentive to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective
- Data-driven approach to process evaluation and continuous improvement
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with software implementations or customer success operations
- Knowledge of AI-enabled process automation and workflow enhancement
- Exposure to process architecture design, end-to-end journey mapping, and governance models
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; advanced coursework or certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or process management are advantageous
- Demonstrated success in building scalable SOPs and documentation frameworks in global organizational structures
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to engage with AI innovation tools and participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and geographic regions
