EHS & Hygiene Officer – Abu Dhabi 4* Hotel
We are currently seeking an experienced EHS & Hygiene Officer to join a hotel operation in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a qualified professional with strong knowledge of hospitality hygiene, food safety, and health & safety regulations within Abu Dhabi.
Position Details
- Location: Abu Dhabi
- Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Operations
- Salary Package: AED 6,000 – 8,000 total package (including accommodation allowance) plus Service Charge
- Joining: Ideally Immediate / within 3 weeks preferred
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as an EHS, Hygiene, or Health & Safety Officer within hotels in Abu Dhabi
- Strong understanding of ADAFSA requirements and Abu Dhabi hospitality hygiene standards
- Fully certified and approved by relevant Abu Dhabi government authorities to perform the Hygiene Officer role
- Knowledge of food safety systems, HACCP, sanitation procedures, inspections, and compliance standards
- Ability to conduct audits, trainings, and ensure full operational compliance
- Good communication and reporting skills
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and food safety regulations
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections and audits across hotel operations
- Maintain HACCP documentation and compliance records
- Coordinate with operational departments on corrective actions
- Deliver hygiene and safety training to team members
- Liaise with local authorities when required
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in the Abu Dhabi hospitality environment who can immediately support operational compliance and maintain high hygiene standards. Candidates who are immediately available or on short notice will be highly preferred.
