Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and secure electrical contracting and technical projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, government entities, and key clients.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
  • Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to deliver the best solutions for clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and market expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Electrical Contracting, Low Current Systems (ELV), Smart Home Systems, or Electrical Sales.
  • Proven experience in business development and project acquisition.
  • Strong network with consultants, contractors, developers, and decision-makers in the Kuwaiti market is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and DIALux Evo.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office and business communication tools.
  • Strong professional writing and correspondence skills.
  • Valid Kuwait driving license.
