Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and secure electrical contracting and technical projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, government entities, and key clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to deliver the best solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and market expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7–10 years of experience in Electrical Contracting, Low Current Systems (ELV), Smart Home Systems, or Electrical Sales.
- Proven experience in business development and project acquisition.
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, developers, and decision-makers in the Kuwaiti market is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and DIALux Evo.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office and business communication tools.
- Strong professional writing and correspondence skills.
- Valid Kuwait driving license.
