Become a vital part of workplace safety as an Emergency Services and Security Officer. This full-time role prioritizes safety, emergency response, and security operations within a heavy industrial environment.
You’ll report to the Shift Supervisor and be responsible for monitoring access, conducting patrols, and responding to emergencies. Key skills include fire prevention, access control, and emergency medical response.
Your role ensures the safety and security of personnel and assets while executing necessary protocols during various emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control access to the facility and ensure valid authorizations
• Conduct security checks and prepare reports on incidents
• Oversee materials in/out with proper documentation
• Respond effectively to diverse emergency situations
• Maintain fire safety equipment and conduct inspections
Requirements:
• College diploma or University degree in relevant fields
• Experience in security, investigations, and loss prevention
• Fire prevention experience and inspections
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Security Guard Licence preferred; DZ Licence is an asset
