An Abu Dhabi Government entity is hiring for Employee Relation (Emiratization role) Outsource Contract to join their team in Abu Dhabi to Implementing salary and benefits policies and contributing to the development of welfare initiatives and high performance incentives.
Role Purpose
The Employee Affairs Specialist will be responsible for managing employee services and records, implementing HR policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive work environment that drives employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HR policies, particularly compensation and benefits frameworks, in line with applicable regulations.
- Manage employee services, including attendance, leave, payroll-related transactions, and employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy within HR systems and support reporting requirements.
- Handle employee complaints and inquiries in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and insights related to employee affairs initiatives and activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resource.
- Familiar with Oracle Fusion / One Hub and government Software.
- Fluent in English and Arabic being an Emiratization role.
