Job Summary:

The Employee Relations & Benefits Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing employee relations, HR policies, HR systems, and employee benefits to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with labor law, and positive employee experience. The role manages HRIS administration, policy governance, employee documentation, and benefits programs while ensuring consistency and alignment across HR processes and systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee employee relations operations, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices across the organization.
  • Develop, review, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook in alignment with labor law and organizational requirements.
  • Ensure all HR policies, systems, and documentation are aligned with each other with no discrepancies or conflicting practices.
  • Oversee HR documentation processes including employee files, contracts, letters, and official HR records.
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs including medical insurance, life insurance, mobile allowances, and other employee-related benefits.
  • Lead negotiations and relationship management with external vendors and service providers to secure competitive employee benefit offerings and service quality.
  • Monitor employee benefits utilization, cost efficiency, and employee satisfaction while recommending enhancements when needed.
  • Manage HRIS operations, employee data accuracy, workflows, and system governance.
  • Coordinate and support HR systems integration, enhancements, automation initiatives, and process optimization projects.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and IT teams to ensure HR systems and policies are effectively implemented and maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law requirements, internal controls, and audit standards across all employee relations and HR operations activities.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards related to employee relations, benefits, and HR operations.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, Benefits, or related HR functions
  • Experience working on HITS HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
  • Experience managing HRIS platforms, HR systems integrations, and process automation initiatives.
  • Strong experience in employee benefits administration and vendor management.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to ensure consistency across systems, policies, and documentation.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
