Responsibilities:
- Inspects equipment and common areas, along with contractual supervisors to ensure that they are in good running condition
- Prepares of the budget for repairs and maintenance
- Ensures compliance with all government requirements
- Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building
- Do other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the work
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered / Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in residential property or real estate management
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Must be willing to work in Alabang or Taguig
