Scope of Position:
PT Enterprise Acquisition Senior Manager is responsible for driving enterprise sales growth, acquiring strategic customers, managing complex sales cycles, and building executive-level relationships with key accounts in KSA. The role supports the VP Sales organization in achieving revenue, GMV, and market expansion objectives.
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow accounts within the enterprise segment.
- Identify new business opportunities across target enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to tailor offerings for enterprise customers.
Project Management & Delivery Oversight:
- Work closely with project/product/implementation teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products, services, or solutions to enterprise clients.
- Oversee the execution of contracts, ensuring that terms and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate and manage communication between the client and internal teams to ensure projects are executed within scope, budget, and timeline.
Compliance and Contract Management:
- Ensure all engagements are compliant with relevant company policies, compliance requirements and commercial guidelines.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with enterprise customers, ensuring terms are favorable and consistent with company policies.
- Monitor contract performance and handle renewals, amendments, or disputes.
Proposal Writing & Tender Management:
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) issued by enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that proposals meet all technical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Work with the legal and finance teams to address any contractual or financial aspects of the proposals.
Market Research & Policy Advocacy:
- Stay informed about changes in government policies, regulations, and market trends that could impact the company’s ability to work with the public sector.
- Monitor and analyze competitors' strategies and offerings in the government space.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Revenue Growth & Reporting:
- Develop revenue forecasts and track performance against targets.
- Report on account performance, revenue generation, and sales pipeline to GM.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing enterprise clients.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build relationships with key C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Manage communication with multiple stakeholders, including customer stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, commercial frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in contract negotiation, proposal writing, and enterprise stakeholder management.
- Background in technology, consulting, or services tailored to enterprise clients is a plus.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for enterprise clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex complex enterprise environments.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
