Overview:
The Enterprise Execution Expert is a senior individual contributor within the CEO Office, responsible for enabling enterprise-wide strategic execution, executive governance, and operational visibility across Aramco Digital. Operating at the intersection of business, technology, and enterprise execution, the role supports leadership in translating strategic priorities and executive direction into structured initiatives, governance mechanisms, actionable insights, and measurable outcomes.
Working closely with the CEO Office, Business Units, Strategy, Finance, Technology, and Business Enablement teams, the Enterprise Execution Expert contributes to enterprise decision-making, cross-functional alignment, execution discipline, governance cadence, while maintaining executive oversight across strategic and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
•Interpret executive vision, corporate priorities, and transformation objectives into structured initiatives, execution plans, governance mechanisms, and measurable outcomes.
•Frame complex business, technology, and operational concepts into structured executive narratives, business cases, briefing materials, and decision-support materials.
•Conduct strategic analysis, research, benchmarking, and cross-functional synthesis to enable executive reviews, strategic planning, operational deep-dives, and Board-level discussions.
•Collaborate with Strategy, Technology, Business Units, and Corporate Functions to shape integrated enterprise viewpoints, resolve execution gaps, and accelerate transformation delivery.
•Drive cross-functional execution, dependencies, risks, milestones, and action closures to strengthen enterprise alignment, execution discipline, and delivery transparency.
•Establish enterprise operating cadence and governance visibility mechanisms to enable leadership oversight across strategic initiatives, cross-functional priorities, and enterprise execution activities.
•Lead structured problem-solving and operational deep-dives to identify bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, and corrective actions across enterprise initiatives.
•Operate as a trusted executive resource with high levels of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and executive judgment across sensitive enterprise matters.
Qualifications:
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•Professional Certifications such as PMP, Agile/CSM, TOGAF, or executive leadership programs in strategy and transformation are considered an advantage.
Experience:
•8–12 years of experience across enterprise execution, strategic operations, program leadership, enterprise architecture, or business transformation environments.
•Strong experience operating within high-complexity, fast-paced environments requiring structured problem-solving and systematic execution discipline.
