Key Responsibilities:
- Support PMO/EPMO operations, governance frameworks, and project control function
- Ensure adherence to project lifecycle methodologies and governance standard
- Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and manage risks and issues
- Develop executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership insight
- Utilize project management tools to enhance tracking, reporting, and decision-making
- Support portfolio and large-scale projects, ensuring alignment and smooth deliver
- Coordinate with stakeholders and support change management initiative
- Contribute to procurement and tendering activities, including RFPs, scope of work, and technical documentation
- Align with national and organizational project governance standards (e.g., EXPRO.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fie
- 6+ years of relevant experience, including
- At least 3–4 years in PMO/EPMO, project controls, or project operation
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as:
- Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, SAP, and PPM.
Preferred Qualifications & Certificate:
- PMP (Project Management Profession
- PRINCE2 Certificate
- Primavera P6 Certification / Knowledge
- PMO-related certifications (PMI or equivalent)
- Power BI or data analytics certifications
