Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Sana’a, focused on implementing and optimizing ERP solutions for ProSite clients. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and configuring ERPNext modules such as HR, Finance, CRM, Inventory, and Manufacturing to align with client objectives. The consultant collaborates closely with stakeholders to design workflows, perform system testing, and support data migration and go-live activities. Daily responsibilities include preparing documentation, delivering user training, providing post-implementation support, and coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance system performance. The role also requires contributing to continuous improvement of methodologies and best practices in ERP consulting within ProSite’s service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to map and optimize workflows across different departments.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and recommend effective ERP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, preferably ERPNext.
- Knowledge of Finance processes and basic accounting principles to support financial modules and integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with clients in diverse sectors (public, private, NGOs) and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
- Ability to work on-site in Sana’a, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
- Familiarity with SQL databases, system integration, and basic project management practices is an advantage.
