Title: Environmental Business Development Analyst

Company: Terradex, Inc.

Location: United States

(90-Day Paid Position)

Potential for Full-Time Employment

Position Overview

Terradex is seeking a recent graduate or early-career environmental professional to join our team for a paid 90-day position focused on environmental research, data analysis, and business intelligence. Working directly with senior team members, you'll investigate environmental datasets from across the United States, interact with government agencies, and develop market insights to help shape Terradex's growth strategy. Strong performers may be offered a full-time position.

During the 3-month period, the focus will be on the collection, analysis, and interpretation of nationwide environmental data related to the use of deed-based land use restrictions known as Institutional Controls (ICs). In summary, ICs are legal land-use restrictions placed on contaminated properties to help protect human health and the environment.

More specifically, this effort will transform IC-related environmental data into market intelligence to help Terradex identify and communicate with organizations that can benefit from our web application platform. You'll investigate environmental data and related policy across the U.S., talk with agencies, uncover information that isn't readily available, and then analyze, summarize, and write about it.These efforts will support business development and sales efforts.

This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career environmental scientist, engineer, data analyst, planner, GIS professional, or someone with comparable analytical training interested not only in contaminated property redevelopment and environmental data management, but also in business development and sales.
