Flagstone State Community College is seeking a dynamic and effective leader to support students in the position of Head of Engagement for year 7 and 8 (one position) and Head of Engagement for year 9 and 10 (one position).

Step Into Your Next Chapter
- You will be responsible for establishing support processes for students in your relevant year levels, including overseeing students in terms of behaviour, attendance and engagement in learning.
- You will lead a year coordinator and youth worker, and work as part of a team with the year coordinator, Deputy Principal and the education support team to deliver quality outcomes for the students.
- You will be responsible for behaviour intervention, reengaging students after SDAs, and developing programs to support disengaged students. A primary goal will be to develop excellent relationships with students and their carers. Flagstone State Community College is a fast growing area approximately one hour from the Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast.
