Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Coordinator based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Event Coordinator will plan, organize, and execute events that align with organizational goals, manage vendor relationships, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing event logistics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring events reflect the organization's standards. Some work-from-home flexibility is available.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Event Planning and Event Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales acumen with the ability to support event-related business development initiatives
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management
- Flexibility to adapt to hybrid working arrangements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field is a plus
- Familiarity with the tech or cybersecurity sector is an advantage
