Job Description:
- We are looking for Executive Administrative Assistant, who will work on the trading floor and must be okay with working in a loud environment.
- The candidate must be flexible as they will be supporting up to 20 people and must be on site 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee travel and expense management for multiple executives, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
- Maintain calendars, proactively coordinating meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Organize logistics for client and internal meetings, including scheduling, catering arrangements, and room setup to deliver a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to provide back-up coverage and support, fostering a cohesive and agile work environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with the understanding that coverage assignments may shift to meet evolving business needs and priorities.
- Exhibit professionalism and strong communication skills at all times, as executives are client-facing and require a high standard of representation.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent support and operational continuity.
Qualifications:
- Must have Concur experience
- Must have extensive international travel booking experience
- Must have financial industry experience
