IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
The position is responsible for managing xDSL and Fixed Broadband (FF) service and sales KPIs while ensuring efficient network management and customer operations. It focuses on overseeing field operations, restoring cable cuts within defined KPI and SLA targets, analyzing recurring faults, and implementing measures to reduce network disruptions through route rehabilitation and preventive actions. The role also requires close coordination with government authorities, private entities, and patrolling agencies to protect PTCL's network infrastructure, along with preparing operational reports on cable cuts and power issues and applying fundamental knowledge of switching and transmission to support reliable network performance.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:
- Maintain PTCL business operations to ensure business enhancement and profit maximization.
- Assist in the expansion of Network for smooth operations and optimum revenue generation
- Assist in planning of network optimization and rehabilitation to ensure customer retention & MTTR at nominal level
