IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Facilitate towards business growth by acquiring and providing administrative services to new customers.
  • Ensure network rehabilitation along with organizing and controlling daily, weekly & monthly targets by utilizing resources (human, tools & equipment), for best customer experience.
  • Ensure end to end process of providing new high-quality installation of phone connection to customers, in smooth & trouble-free manner.
  • Liaise between sales, marketing, technical, finance, and customer service teams.
  • Ensure smooth flow of communication and data among departments.
  • Support in resolving inter-departmental operational issues.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

  • Ensure to improve all key performance indicators i.e., MTTP, MTTR & CHI.
  • Extend support to development team in rehab & flash fiber projects & identification of potential areas for MSAGinstallation / flash fiber deployment.
  • Assist in Rehabilitation planning of business rich areas and ensure resource provisioning for network improvement.
  • Achieve assigned complaints (complaint registration, repeated complaints, Denied Complaints) reduction targets.
  • Ensure security and safety of Team, Hand holes, PVC ducts and cables.
  • Protect and safeguard PTCL network during development activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualification:

Education:

  • BS Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Networking etc)

Technical Competency:

  • Problem Solving.
  • Business Acumen.
  • Service Standard Implementation.
