Trydnt Services Limited is expanding, and we are looking for a visionary, high-performance Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take absolute ownership of our daily operations and spearhead our next massive growth phase in Abuja, Nigeria.
We aren't looking for a traditional administrator who just sits in a boardroom. We are hunting for a rare, dual-threat executive: a master of corporate operations AND an aggressive B2B rainmaker who knows how to write winning proposals, build C-suite networks, and scale technology-driven field service delivery.
If you are an entrepreneurial leader with an MBA, a deep professional footprint in Abuja, and a proven track record of converting complex technical or commercial proposals into high-margin operational victories, this is your next career defining move.
Core Mission: What You Will Do
- Drive B2B & Revenue Growth: Proactively target, architect, and secure multi-million Naira agreements with corporate entities, multinational organizations, and premium private enterprises within Abuja and the North-Central region.
- Master Proposal & Bid Dominance: Take hands-on authorship and command of our competitive technical and commercial bidding lifecycles, ensuring a bid win-rate exceeding 60%.
- Scale Tech-Enabled Operations: Direct daily operations to ensure 100% compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will scale internal efficiency by rolling out corporate software pipelines, staff tracking applications, and GIS mapping architectures.
- Command the P&L: Manage the corporate Profit & Loss statement, aggressively optimizing OpEx while safeguarding net profit margins and holding cross-functional field teams highly accountable.
- Executive Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to translate the company's long-term vision into actionable operational and sales targets.
What We Are Looking For (Strict Requirements)
- Education: An MBA or equivalent post-graduate designation from an elite, recognized business school.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a senior executive leadership role (CEO, COO, Deputy COO, or General Manager of Operations) managing professional corporate services, logistics, or tech-enabled security/consulting operations.
- Abuja Network: Must currently reside in Abuja and possess a verifiable, highly active professional network within the FCT’s corporate and procurement ecosystem.
- The Writing Edge: Superior executive-level writing skills with documented experience personally crafting winning commercial tenders.
- Tech Comfort: High fluency in utilizing modern data dashboards, field tracking systems, and productivity platforms.
