Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Performance Management to lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the organization's performance management framework across a large and diverse workforce.
The role will be responsible for establishing a high-performing culture through robust performance governance, KPI management, performance calibration, talent differentiation, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will oversee performance management processes for a large employee population, including teachers, academic staff, and corporate functions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and educational excellence objectives.
Key Responsibilitie
- sLead the development and execution of the organization's performance management strategy and framework
- .Design and oversee performance cycles, goal-setting, mid-year reviews, annual evaluations, and calibration processes
- .Establish governance mechanisms to ensure consistency, fairness, and transparency across performance assessments
- .Develop performance metrics, scorecards, and KPI frameworks aligned with organizational objectives
- .Manage performance analytics and workforce insights to support strategic workforce planning and talent decisions
- .Partner with HR, Academic Affairs, and business leaders to drive accountability and performance excellence
- .Identify performance trends, capability gaps, and improvement opportunities across large employee populations
- .Drive automation and optimization of performance management systems and processes
- .Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices in performance management
- .Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, productivity, and organizational effectiveness
