Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Performance Management to lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the organization's performance management framework across a large and diverse workforce.

The role will be responsible for establishing a high-performing culture through robust performance governance, KPI management, performance calibration, talent differentiation, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will oversee performance management processes for a large employee population, including teachers, academic staff, and corporate functions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and educational excellence objectives.


Key Responsibilitie

  • sLead the development and execution of the organization's performance management strategy and framework
  • .Design and oversee performance cycles, goal-setting, mid-year reviews, annual evaluations, and calibration processes
  • .Establish governance mechanisms to ensure consistency, fairness, and transparency across performance assessments
  • .Develop performance metrics, scorecards, and KPI frameworks aligned with organizational objectives
  • .Manage performance analytics and workforce insights to support strategic workforce planning and talent decisions
  • .Partner with HR, Academic Affairs, and business leaders to drive accountability and performance excellence
  • .Identify performance trends, capability gaps, and improvement opportunities across large employee populations
  • .Drive automation and optimization of performance management systems and processes
  • .Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices in performance management
  • .Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, productivity, and organizational effectiveness

  • tsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education Management, or a related fiel
  • d.Master's degree preferre
  • d.12+ years of experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development, Human Capital, or Talent Managemen
  • t.At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise-wide performance program
  • s.Proven experience managing performance frameworks for organizations with large workforces (1,000+ employees
  • ).Experience within the education sector, public sector, or large service organizations is highly preferre
  • d.Strong expertise in performance governance, calibration methodologies, KPI development, and workforce analytic
