Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chairman’s Office and ensure smooth executive functioning
  • Manage the Chairman’s strategic agenda, priorities, and executive calendar
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman, senior executives, Board members, and government entities
  • Coordinate, monitor, and ensure follow-up on the implementation of – Chairman’s decisions and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare executive reports, briefing materials, meeting notes, and decision-support documents
  • Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, Board activities, executive events, and international engagements
  • Manage official communications and assignments delegated by the Chairman
  • Oversee travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistical coordination for the Chairman
  • Ensure governance, accuracy, and timely execution of strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly sensitive matters with discretion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Chairman’s Office Manager, CEO Office Manager, Chief of Staff, or Senior Executive Assistant roles
  • Proven experience within large corporations, holding groups, or diversified organizations
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong experience liaising with government entities and senior stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating Board-level activities and executive governance
  • Ability to operate in highly confidential and sensitive environments
  • Strong strategic thinking, execution capability, and decision-making under pressure
  • Experience in preparing executive minutes, tracking decisions, and ensuring implementation follow-up
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, or related field
