Job Profile
• Support the implementation and monitoring of sustainable finance products such as green loans, renewable energy financing, and ESG-linked instruments, ensuring alignment with green finance taxonomies and regulatory expectations.
• Conduct data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting on green finance initiatives. Coordinate ESG data collection across business units and maintain internal dashboards to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Prepare sustainability disclosures for the Bank’s Annual Report and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as GRI, SLFRS Sustainability Standards, and other relevant guidelines.
• Assist in developing and implementing the Bank’s sustainability and ESG strategy. Provide insights, analysis, and policy recommendations to Board and management committees on climate risks, ESG opportunities, and emerging sustainability trends.
• Collaborate with regulators, industry associations, development partners, and customers on sustainability initiatives. Support partnerships, projects, and community programs that advance ESG objectives.
• Promote sustainability awareness within the Bank through internal engagement programs. Work with teams to improve resource efficiency, operational practices, and monitor sustainability KPIs and performance indicators.
Applicant's Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or any related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, or CSR related roles.
• Professional certifications in sustainability or ESG related fields will be an added advantage.
• Experience in sustainability reporting, ESG data management, or sustainability project implementation.
• Knowledge of sustainability standards, reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
