Job Purpose:

This role would be looking after Radio Network Optimization related responsibilities, based in HQ

Job Responsibilities:

OSS KPI monitoring and related optimization in coordination with regions
Optimization related target assignment and tracking for regional and vendor teams
Development of Inter-Tech Operability strategy to achieve optimum end-user experience
Optimization Contract handling, negotiation and finalization of SLA scope with vendor teams
Spectrum Re-farming related strategy development and execution tracking
Inter Operator Drive Test Benchmarks to evaluate network standings and develop necessary insight for assurance of competitive edge
Leading Optimization Parametric and feature trials for network quality improvement
Strategy preparation and alignment with regions to ensure optimum ranking in PTA QoS surveys
Interface with Customer Complaints for development of plan to enhance customer satisfaction towards network performance
Responsible for Special Projects scope and deliverables and support for execution and respective tracking
Consistency Audit for critical parameters and essential features for related discrepancy identification and rectification

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

Must have minimum Bachelor’s/equivalent degree in Electrical/Telecom Engineering or any other similar domain
