Job Title: Executive Secretary – Marketing and Communication.

Role Purpose:
The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the Executive Management, ensuring effective coordination of schedules, communication, documentation, and meetings. This role serves as a key point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders, enabling smooth operations and supporting the achievement of strategic objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and appointments.
- Prepare agendas and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Draft and review official correspondence and reports.
- Maintain and safeguard confidential documents.
- Act as liaison between executive management and internal departments.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders.
- Organize board meetings and executive sessions.
- Arrange logistics and prepare meeting materials.
- Maintain filing systems and office records.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive office.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in executive or senior administrative support roles.
- Strong knowledge of office management, executive correspondence, and scheduling practices.
- Experience handling confidential information and coordinating with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
