PALAS Consulting is registering expressions of interest from experienced ICT professionals for anticipated roles supporting a significant Australian Government Defence systems program. These are hands-on delivery roles within a large program team, working on secure systems in a complex enterprise environment.
We are seeking practitioners across the following disciplines:
- Application Support Specialists Provide support for enterprise applications in a secure environment, including incident and problem management, user support, release support and continuous improvement. Experience supporting applications in large, complex organisations is essential; Defence or Federal Government experience is highly regarded.
- SharePoint Specialists Design, configure, migrate and administer SharePoint environments, including information architecture, governance, permissions and user enablement. Experience delivering SharePoint solutions in secure or government environments is highly regarded.
- Power BI Developers Design and build dashboards, reports and data models to support program and business decision-making. Strong data modelling and DAX skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into practical solutions.
- Integration Engineers Design, build and support integrations between enterprise systems, including APIs, middleware and data flows, within a secure systems environment. Experience integrating systems in large, complex organisations is essential.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience in the relevant discipline within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a program delivery team and engage stakeholders.
- Experience in Federal Government or Defence environments is highly regarded.
- Australian citizenship is mandatory.
- Must hold an active AGSVA security clearance.
- Available to commence in early August 2026.
Location and Working Arrangements
These roles are anticipated to be Canberra-based, with working arrangements to be confirmed.
