To strengthen our course, we’re looking for a Lead External Affairs professional who can represent our voice, build strong alliances, and help steer our external presence with clarity and purpose.
Your Mission
As a key interface between Scylla and the outside world, you will shape our external positioning, strengthen strategic relationships, and ensure our message travels as smoothly as our fleet.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and maintain relationships with governments, regulators, and key institutions across Europe
- Represent Scylla in industry forums, associations, and strategic discussions
- Drive and execute external communication and brand positioning
- Strengthen our network across maritime, tourism, and institutional partners
- Support executive leadership with briefings, messaging, and stakeholder engagement
- Act as a trusted connector between internal leadership and external stakeholders
What you bring
- 8–12+ years in external affairs, communications, public relations, or government relations
- Experience navigating international, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A hands-on, structured approach with the ability to turn strategy into action
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Frequent travel required
