Ideal Candidate
A performance-driven social media strategist who thrives in high-scale environments, understands platform dynamics deeply, and can turn content into measurable growth. You bring both creative instinct and analytical discipline, with a strong grasp of how audiences engage, evolve, and scale across platforms.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years managing large social media pages or page networks
- Proven track record of growing Facebook page audiences organically
- Strong content creation skills across copywriting and visual selection
- Experience managing multiple pages with structured scheduling and content systems
- Deep understanding of social algorithms, ranking signals, and organic reach drivers
- Familiarity with AI-generated content tools and willingness to use them daily
- Strong engagement instincts and community management capabilities
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making approach
- Bonus: Experience with Facebook Ads, cross-platform distribution, or multi-vertical page management
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a 100M+ follower Facebook page network across multiple verticals
- Schedule, publish, monitor, and optimize content across all pages
- Create original AI-generated content using internal platforms
- Curate and reshare high-performing content across the network
- Drive follower growth and identify opportunities for new page launches
- Manage audience engagement across comments and inboxes
- Execute promotional campaigns to drive clicks and platform signups
- Track and report on key performance metrics including growth and engagement
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
