Your New Company
A leading multinational organisation specialising in the delivery of complex, integrated property solutions is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join their high-performing team.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and performance of a large, complex government facilities portfolio, supporting critical infrastructure and services. Working closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure facilities operations are delivered in line with strict compliance, safety, and service-level requirements.es are performed:
- Coordinating maintenance and operational activities across a multi-site government portfolio
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations, policies, and contractual KPIs
- Managing contractor performance, permits, and service delivery outcomes
- Acting as a key point of contact for government stakeholders and end users
- Supporting continuous improvement across facilities and asset performance
What You'll Need To Succeed
The successful candidate will possess demonstrated exposure through facilities coordination or lease administration as well as the following:
- Ideally hold a Baseline Security Clearance, or demonstrate the ability and willingness to obtain one
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a range of stakeholders
- A proven commitment to high-quality service delivery, particularly within structured or compliance-driven environments
- The ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-based environment, while contributing to broader departmental objectives
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
