About the Role
Trilogy Innovations is seeking a Federal Contracts Manager to own the full lifecycle of our federal contract vehicles — including GSA Schedule and NASA SEWP. You'll be the internal expert ensuring our contract vehicles stay compliant, and our team has clear guidance on federal contracting rules as we grow our government business.
What You'll Do
· Manage day-to-day administration of Trilogy's GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and NASA SEWP contract vehicles, including modifications, renewals, and catalog/pricing updates
· Serve as primary point of contact with Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), and government customers on contract matters
· Monitor compliance obligations tied to CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, and SPRS reporting as they affect contract eligibility and subcontractor requirements
· Maintain SAM.gov registration, NAICS code accuracy, and other compliance records required for federal contract eligibility
· Track contract deliverables, option periods, and expiration timelines to avoid lapses in active contract vehicles
· Partner with sales, legal, and finance teams to support new business capture, including contract vehicle strategy for proposals and task order responses
· Manage contract tracking system/process for visibility across all active federal agreements
What We're Looking For
Required:
· 5+ years of experience in federal contract administration or government contracts management
· Direct experience managing at least one major federal contract vehicle (GSA Schedule, SEWP, IDIQ, or similar GWAC)
· Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS, including flow-down requirements for subcontracts
· Bachelor's degree in business, contract management, legal studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred:
· Familiarity with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, and CUI/FCI handling requirements
· Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or similar certification (NCMA)
· Experience in IT services, VAR/reseller, or systems integrator environments serving government customers
· Prior experience with SPRS scoring and SAM.gov administration
Compensation
Depending on experience and demonstrated expertise with federal contract vehicles. Salary commensurate with candidates who bring existing SEWP contract-holder relationships or hands-on Federal compliance experience.
