We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager; a manager in Event Marketing, who can take ownership of Japan-focused marketing initiatives and help us engage librarians, researchers, and academic institutions with high-value, data-driven solutions. About the Role
As the Field Marketing Manager for Japan, you will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth. You’ll localize global campaigns, create Japan-specific initiatives, and ensure our messaging resonates with the librarian and researcher community. This role reports to the APAC Field Marketing Director and works closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute Japan-focused marketing plans and campaigns
• Localize global campaigns to ensure relevance for the Japanese market
• Drive demand generation, including MQL creation and marketing-sourced pipeline
• Partner with sales to align marketing activities with business goals
• Manage digital campaigns, webinars, events, and in-person engagements
• Track and report campaign performance, optimizing for growth and ROI
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones and functions
What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or campaign management
• Experience with digital marketing, social channels, and event execution
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global environment
• Business-level Japanese and English
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with tools such as CMS, Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Campaign, SurveyMonkey, etc.
