Job Description:
- Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate external audits and maintain relationships with auditors, banks, investors, and government agencies.
- Develop financial models and evaluate the profitability of EV charging infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project costs, capital expenditures (CAPEX), and operational expenditures (OPEX).
- Identify financial risks and implement effective internal controls.
- Support business expansion, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Accounting team.
- Optimize financial processes through SAP.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the energy, infrastructure, renewable energy, manufacturing, or EV charging industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and financial analysis.
- Must experience using SAP.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
