Duties and Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with the external accounting firm
- Accomplish BIR and government returns and mandatories
- Work closely with the Founder and CEO
- Enter all income and expenditure transactions into the template and software
- Reconcile all bank, controls, and other accounts
- Contribute to the preparation of annual organizational and project budgets
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly income and expenditure statements
- Prepare budget comparison and cash flow reports
- Prepare and enter journal entries and adjustments into the template and software
- Prepare financial year-end schedules including debtors and creditors and ensure all accounting requirements, documents including trial balance are complete
- Liaise with and assist the external auditor in respect of annual statements and related matters
- Process banking transactions such as deposits and bankbook
- Prepare billings, invoices, and official receipts
- Audit sales receipts, deposits, and other pertinent documents in branches and other business facilities
- Supplier, Lessor, and purchasing communication
- Franchise training and support
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration. Management Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- At least 1-year working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
