We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed organization at the forefront of delivering innovative, sustainable infrastructure solutions. As the company scales, they are adding a high-impact FP&A leader to support both corporate finance and sponsor-level initiatives.
This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CFO, offering exposure to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Finance & M&A
- Build and maintain advanced financial models for M&A, including scenario and valuation analysis
- Support due diligence, data requests, and transaction execution alongside PE partners
- Assist with post-acquisition integration and financial alignment
Corporate FP&A
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Deliver actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting for leadership
- Support integration of newly acquired entities into financial systems and reporting
- Enhance financial tools to improve forecasting accuracy and profitability tracking
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, transaction advisory, or private equity
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset (advanced Excel required)
- Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation, and M&A processes
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA a plus)
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to senior leadership and investors
- Experience in project-based or operational industries (construction, manufacturing, engineering, etc.) is highly preferred
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
