You will work directly with the CEO at a high-growth SaaS startup fixing the UK's broken energy market. You'll drive go-to-market strategy, manage the full customer lifecycle, and lead hiring efforts as the company scales. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the commercial engine of a platform already delivering 30% savings to enterprise clients.

What You Will Do
- Execute and optimize go-to-market strategies across outbound, inbound, and partnerships to acquire UK SMEs and enterprise accounts.
- Lead the end-to-end customer journey, from personally onboarding new users to building scalable support processes and internal tools.
- Support the CEO in fundraising, drafting investor updates, and leading hiring efforts to build a high-performance account management team.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, customer success, or operations with a track record of managing complex customer lifecycles.
- Highly analytical and organized, comfortable using spreadsheets and automation tools like Zapier or n8n to streamline internal processes.
- Exceptional communicator who is passionate about brand building and possesses a curiosity for the energy retail or green-tech markets.
