About the Role
We are hiring a Founding Sales Manager to lead the launch and growth of a high-growth cybersecurity technology company entering the Middle East market.
The business is already highly successful across multiple international regions, with strong enterprise adoption and a proven product-market fit. Following sustained global momentum, the company is now making a strategic investment into the Middle East, with this role forming the cornerstone of its regional go-to-market strategy.
This is a hands-on, revenue-owning role with significant influence over regional strategy, partnerships, and long-term market positioning.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and execute the regional sales strategy to drive enterprise revenue and exceed ambitious growth targets
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with enterprise and government customers across the Middle East
- Act as the founding commercial presence in the region, shaping market entry, territory focus, and account prioritisation
- Develop and manage channel partners, system integrators, and alliances, establishing a scalable partner ecosystem
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles, from initial engagement through to negotiation and deal closure
- Work closely with executive leadership to provide market feedback, influencing product positioning, roadmap priorities, and regional GTM execution
- Represent the company as a trusted advisor in high-level customer conversations, industry events, and strategic forums

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise or key account sales within cybersecurity or security-led technology
- Proven success owning large, complex sales cycles and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience working with or building channel and partner ecosystems
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to influence stakeholders at C-suite and senior leadership level
- Comfortable operating in a founding, build-and-scale environment, with autonomy and accountability
- Highly motivated, resilient, and able to perform under pressure in high-growth settings
