Major Challenges
- Coordinating activities Under Contract Labour act like Conducting Monthly Statutory Audits,
- Daily monitoring Habitual Absenteeism and Attendance Counselling
- Labour statutory compliance returns/documents submission & Filing within timelines
- Regulatory Compliance on Enablon within timeline.
- Organizing monthly meetings – Statutory compliance & Canteen Committee
- Employee Relation and Engagement Activities
- Grievance/Concerns handling of Contract workmen & Employees
- Maintenance of MIS reports
- Supporting to CSR Lead with CSR Activities & preparing reports
- Statutory benefits awareness sessions to Contract workmen.

Supporting Actions
Employee Relations
- Maintaining Harmonious relationship with employees & Contract workmen.
- Ensure & resolving issues within timeline.
- Coordinating with and interaction with Government authorities for building harmonious relationship and improve unit image
Organizational Effectiveness
- Coordinating with all contractors & Ensure closure of medical check-ups for contract workmen
- ??Coordinating with Contractors & Ensure implementation of safety rules and standards and engaging Contractual workmen in safe workplace practices
Wage and Salary administration
- Coordinating all activities related to Wage and Salary administration and implementation of provisions.
- ??Coordinating with all contractors, Review of necessary document Co-ordinate for timely payment of wages /salary/PF in compliance to statutory requirements and timely submission
- ??Regularly follow ups on payments to contract labor as per statutory.
- ?? Coordinating internal audits.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance of all statutory regulations as per rules of labor law and factory act
- ???Coordinating & ensuring time to time compliances like factory licenses, PF contribution statements, returns under
Labour laws.
- Uploading 100% statutory documents in Regulatory Compliance on Enablon
Management of Contract Labour
- Coordinating with contractors to follow all compliances under Labour laws.
- Coordinating & ensuring statutory Audits
- Coordinating & Improve systems related to Contract labour management
CSR
- Leading Skill Development center.
- Maintenance & preparation of reports/records of CSR activities
Welfare
- Coordinating with Admin Team to ensure effective canteen services.
- ??Ensuring 100% Women Welfare at Plant.
- Ensuring safe Environment for Women Welfare at Unit
