Role Description This is a full-time, on-site GEM Expert role based in New Delhi. The GEM Expert will be responsible for managing procurements and tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform. Daily tasks include product listing, cataloging, bid preparation, bid submission, tracking tenders, and coordinating with sales and operations teams. The role also involves monitoring compliance with government guidelines, resolving queries from buyers, and working to improve bidding processes and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations, including product listing, bid preparation, and tender processing.
- Strong understanding of procurement, compliance policies, and guidelines related to public sector procurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other relevant software tools for documentation and reporting.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills to liaise with vendors, buyers, and internal teams effectively.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ; knowledge of the healthcare sector is a plus.
