📝 Job Description
Music Ville Pvt Ltd is looking for a GeM Portal Executive / Tender Executive who has hands-on experience working on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal. The candidate will be responsible for handling all activities related to GeM portal including product listing, tender participation, and order management.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handling complete operations of the GeM Portal
- Searching and analyzing relevant tenders on GeM
- Preparing and submitting bids/tenders on GeM
- Product listing, catalog management, and specification matching
- Order processing, invoicing, and dispatch coordination
- Managing GeM dashboard, bids, and reverse auctions
- Regular follow-ups with buyers and internal teams
- Ensuring compliance with GeM policies and documentation.
✅ Required Skills
- 1–2 years experience working on GeM Portal
- Knowledge of tender filing and bidding process
- Experience in product listing and catalog management
- Basic understanding of government procurement process
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
