Ideal Candidate Profile
• 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven experience managing sizable or cross-functional teams
• Strong track record in business growth, scaling, or transformation
• Experience in HR services, other service industries, or key account sales management in the hotel industry is a plus.
