An internationally recognised technology company specialising in mission-critical networking solutions is looking for a General Manager – APAC to drive commercial success throughout the region.
This executive position combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development across telecommunications, utilities, transport and government customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ambitious annual sales growth across products, software, services and support.
- Develop new enterprise opportunities while expanding strategic customer relationships.
- Build long-term partnerships with telecom operators, utilities and public sector organisations.
- Lead, mentor and develop regional sales and technical pre-sales teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Shape regional go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning.
- Work closely with product, engineering, services and executive leadership.
We’re Looking For
- Significant experience leading enterprise technology sales across APAC.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications networking solutions.
- Proven track record selling to Tier 1 operators and critical infrastructure organisations.
- Existing executive relationships with organisations such as SoftBank, NTT, Singtel Group, TEPCO, Chubu Electric Power and other major regional customers.
- Experience with direct and indirect sales channels.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and strategic planning capabilities.
- Professional-level English (additional Asian languages advantageous).
